Hello

I am looking for two metal caps for the plastic knobs. Working on the Solvsuper 10 ( mono with one loudspeaker ) and two 'caps' are missed ;(

Hi Pawel,
You can manufacture them yourself. I did for a Huldra 9. I bought aluminium rod and cut it, then sanded to get the exact circumference then polished. Found aluminiums rods on ebay.de, from the seller duerr.metall.
Because mine was for the tuning it did not need a marker, but you can cut one and paint it if needed.
It was a fun project.

 You can see that the left button cap is new, could have sanded it a bit thinner, but it's ok.

I have just found and bought this one. The only problem is that I have to pick it up personally from Oslo 🙂 . Maybe in the summer !

What a wonderful little radio you bought! You'll have to go to Oslo and get it, good excuse for a trip, right? Oslo is wonderful, worth visiting. Let me know if you can't go, I have friends there who maybe can help you.
I thought you weren't into tubes?
The Huldra 7 you helped me buy is working now after repairs and I love it ❤️ I became a tubeoholic now!

Your new buttons are stunning. Much better looking than mine!

🙂 I worked in Oslo ( Tandberg ), the office was at the end of the old runway in the downtown ( almost ). Good to hear that you like the H7 and you managed to repair it. Yes, I plan to go by camper to Norway, I still have a lot of friends there ( ex Tandberg and Telenor ).

@pawel Fantastic!
Maybe we can meet there. I go to Oslo sometimes on business.

Yes I love my H7. Now I have two, and a H6 too.
You can follow the restoration on the blog. Not finished yet.. I need to make a completely new backpanel. To restore the old one in paper or make a new transparent in plastic, that's the question.. I lend towards the latter. Well, that's another thread.
